Callidus: Case Study

The requirement

Callidus Consulting Limited are a specialist recruitment company for the automotive sector. Callidus required a web solution to become a central part of their business process. Requirements included:

• A Website to include details of current vacancies
• A private database system for staff to use either in the office or from home. The system needed to manage their clients, candidates, and vacancies and the relationships between them.

The solution

After consultation with Callidus the solution produced comprised of two major interlinked sections; a company website and a private web-based database solution. Some of the key aspects of the solution are:

• A professional and personal website with CMS
• Integration between website and database allowing candidates to apply for a position online, with immediate notification to staff and information inserted directly into the database
